What do we guarantee?

Full schedule throughout the year

Corporate language courses run throughout the school year and are long-term. We open new courses every month. Classes also take place during the summer holidays.

Scope of lessons according to you

One course per week or a full schedule, it's up to you. We offer lessons to suit your time availability. We can.

Courses in person and online

Our full-time classes are usually held in regional towns, mostly in Brno. A large part of our courses are conducted online, you just have to choose what you prefer.

We always pay on time

You can rely on us to pay you. We can also handle large orders and plan cash flow well.

No paperwork

We are a modern company, you won't encounter paperwork with us. We have an online system for keeping track of courses, students and lessons. You can issue an invoice directly in the system with one button.

We will teach you something new

If you wish, we will be happy to share our know-how and experience with you. We will teach you how to conduct language comprehensive audits and specialized language workshops.

You are not alone in this

Methodological assistance and individual consultations, help with the selection of activities and textbooks are a matter of course. IT support from a specialist is also available.

We organise internal seminars and workshops for our lecturers, as well as informal events and meetings. We meet for picnics, beer, bowling, just being together 😊.

Financial contributions for TLC lecturers

1000 CZK for education

You can use it for courses and training, conferences, buying textbooks or apps. Anything to help you improve your skills and knowledge.

1000 CZK for travel

We know that time is money, and sometimes a lecturer spends hours of their time on the road. This post is for full-time courses.

1000 CZK for internet

Online classes require a quality internet connection and since you are teaching from home, we want to share in your costs.

1000 CZK for 20 courses

We appreciate your loyalty and full commitment!
If you give us your time, we can offer you lessons in larger blocks and schedule courses in advance.
It's a win-win situation - you earn more and we know we have a great teacher on our team.
Plus, you'll get an additional financial bonus from us : 1,000 CZK for every 20 courses
(as part of the TLC Plus Supplement, paid per semester).

I have been an English Teacher at TLC Language School for 14 years. I started teaching for a few different language schools, including TLC, and it gave me the opportunity to compare the quality of teaching services provided by various language institutions. Above all, trust and freedom

This is my 8th year working with TLC and we have been through a lot together. What does TLC give me as a lecturer? First of all, trust and freedom, which allows me to always adapt my English teaching to the needs of individual students. We work with students in small groups or individually, which allows us to get to know each other better and adjust the lesson content as we wish, which is an advantage over large and anonymous groups. Through TLC I have met many people, colleagues and students, who over time become acquaintances and friends that I enjoy meeting after work.

Pro mě je ctí spolupracovat s TLC. Splnění snu

Našu spoluprácu si veľmi vážim, som rada, že som u vás dostala možnosť splniť si svoj detský sen učiť, táto práca ma naozaj napĺňa. So študentmi máme dobré vzťahy, snažím sa viesť lekcie tak, aby pre nich boli čo najužitočnejšie, zodpovedajúce ich potrebám a zároveň motivujúce k ďalšiemu štúdiu. Myslím, že aj oni sa na naše lekcie tešia a chodia tam radi.

Setkání s lektory

Mám ráda naše pravidelná setkání s ostatními lektory.  Myslím, že jsou přínosná. I když pracujeme hodně online, znám vedení a některé kolegy, se kterými sdílím jednu firmu. A jakou. Mám to tady fakt ráda.A to už 10 let.  Jsem informovaná, vyjdeme si vstříc, setkáváme se, můžeme se vzdělávat, nabízíte různé bonusy. Je toho tolik, že to ani nestačím stíhat. Toto se určitě promítne i do kvality výuky a lidé jsou podle mě spokojeni.

About us

We are linguists in heart and soul

We are a great team that welcomes every new family member with their heart on their sleeve. We love languages and our work because we know we are doing something that is meaningful and important.

If you feel the same way, we'd love to meet you for a cup of coffee.

Contract

You can work with us on a trade license (self-employed) or a contract for work performance (FTE). The scope of cooperation is up to you. We can start at any time:-)

We have a whole team of coordinators to ensure that you are always on a full schedule and learning what you prefer. They are your "personal assistant" that you can rely on every day.

You are not alone! Help with choosing textbooks, selecting activities or how to communicate with challenging students, as well as IT support, all this and more! 

Getting together for a beer or a sporting activity, a picnic in the grass or with the kids, we have plenty of opportunities to be together all year round. Each of us is a part of TLC, we are together not only as colleagues but more importantly as people.
