General information

We offer courses in English, German, French, Spanish and other languages including Chinese, Danish, Finnish, Dutch, Croatian, Italian, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak, Swedish, Ukrainian.

Courses can take place in your company, in our classrooms in Brno on Hlinky Street or online.

We teach courses for all levels - from beginners to to advanced. In order for a student to be correctly placed in a course, pdoeshá at the beginning inthe language testing stage.

A language course is an ongoing, regular course of instruction that draws its content usually from a textbook. Lessons are usually 60 or 90 minutes/week. A language course is suitable for long-term study.

The language workshop is a very intensive training with an immediate impact on the participants' practice. The content is tailored to the specific group of employees. The workshop lasts 4 hours in a block and we recommend a repetition frequency of once a month. The workshop can also be conducted independently, the topic in which you need to improve immediately, for example presentations or telephone skills.

The initial language assessment is conducted online. No need to worry of anything complicated, tThe tests are pleasant and modern a they can be absolvable on computer, tablet and phone. It is possible to stop the test during the test. The test can be stopped at any time.You will need approximately 20 minutes. Immediately after the test is completed the test result will be displayed according to CEFR.

Course preparation and teaching

We can start the training within a week or so - during that time we can test the participants, prepare the schedule and coordinate the organizational details.
For more complex services (e.g. Premium package for multiple teams and locations), the typical preparation time is up to 1 month.

We monitor learning outcomes on an ongoing basis - through tests, feedback, visits and regular reports.
In addition, the Premium package provides annual assessments for individual students, so you have a clear overview of who has progressed where and what will help them next.

Yes, I am! We offer a free demonstration lesson so you can check how the lesson works, how the teacher and the style of cooperation suits you.
After the lesson we will go over everything with you and agree on the next steps.

If something doesn't work, we respond right away - no excuses.
We'll do a hospitalization, talk to the tutor, and arrange a replacement if needed. Teaching with us has to make sense - to you and to your people.

As standard, we send monthly reports with an overview of attendance, student progress and information about the course.
For the Business and Premium packages, the reporting also includes a brief summary of progress, feedback from the tutor and recommendations for further development.
In addition, for the Premium package, we also prepare an annual evaluation of individual students and tailor the reports to your internal requirements.

We are as flexible as possible - if you need to reschedule a lesson, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will arrange a new date.
Substitutions and changes are dealt with promptly through our coordinators, who coordinate everything with the instructor and participants.
In group lessons, we always try to find a solution that suits the majority and maintains the continuity of the lesson.

In individual courses it is possible to temporarily suspend lessons - lessons are not charged for the period of suspension.
We have a 48 hour rule - if a student cancels a lesson within this period, they are not charged. Late cancellations are tracked separately and if there are frequent repeats, we work with the customer to find a more suitable solution.

In group courses we try to be as flexible as possible - if a group needs to reschedule a lesson (e.g. due to workload), we will arrange an alternative date according to their availability.

Yes, this is a common solution in larger companies.
For example, a sales team may use the Premium package with maximum care and reporting, while production or administration may have an effective Economy learning experience.

Some services are included in the price for selected teams, while others can be ordered at an additional cost.
We will set everything up individually - according to what makes sense for your company, budget and organizational possibilities.

Organisation of courses

The frequency of lessons is flexible and we will adapt it to your needs. Standard lesson intensities per week are as follows:

1 x 60 minutes = refresher course or course for deepening professional terminology or conversation

1 x 90 minutes = course for learning new material and ensuring standard progress

2 x 90 minutes = course for learning new material, practicing it and ensuring intensive progress

The length of the courses depends on your goals - we offer both short and long term programmes

Small groups are recommended (4-6 participants) for effective teaching, but we can also offer individual lessons or larger groups.

Our service "full service" we provide complete course organisation and direct communication with the customer's employees. With this service, the customer provides "turnkey languages".
