How are we doing? Our step-by-step process

Initial consultation
A no-obligation online meeting where we map out your company's needs and present options for lessons, scheduling and pricing.
2.
Framework offer
On the basis of the consultation, we will prepare a clear proposal for cooperation, including format, scope and indicative budget.
3.
Language audit and needs analysis
We test the language level of each participant to determine their goals, time availability and preferences. We set the target level and expected outcomes.
4.
Submission of the budget and timeline of the training
Na základě výsledků auditu připravíme časový plán a rozpočet nutný k dosažení stanoveného studijního cíle daného účastníka.
5.
Nomination of a suitable lecturer
According to the needs analysis, we select a lecturer who has experience relevant to the professional focus of the participant.
6.
Pre-class Briefing
The tutor meets the student, who trains him/her in his/her job description, introduces the work context and gives materials from current practice. Together they identify key situations and topics for teaching.
7.
Creating a Content Plan
The lecturer prepares the design of teaching modules, situations and methods according to the information from the briefing. The plan is based on the participant's real work agenda.
8.
Approval of the teaching plan
The student (or the student's supervisor) approves the lesson plan. Then the frequency of teaching is set and the course is started.
9.
Teaching based on real company documents
The student learns through their regular work documents - e.g. emails, presentations or tutorials. Teaching is as practical as possible.
10.
Ongoing reporting
We provide a clear report on the course, progress and recommendations for further development - either in the form of regular summaries or as agreed with the client.

During the course, the instructor records frequently used words and phrases that can serve as a tool for onboarding new colleagues or systemizing communication.
