We start with initial testing, working out the optimal schedule. Subsequently, we communicate directly with the trainees, set up billing methods, e.g. by cost centre or branch. We check the progress of knowledge with continuous tests, as well as questionnaires on the satisfaction of your employees with the training. We respond flexibly to new hires and any changes in your personnel and organizational structure. Methodological and professional supervision of teaching by a specialist is a matter of course.
TLC teachers are professionals who are experienced in teaching languages at all levels with the required specialization. The team includes both Czech lecturers and foreign lecturers. Acceptance of a tutor into our team is subject to meeting strict criteria. Their adaptation phase includes a hospital visit and a motivational interview and monitoring by the tutor. Lecturers have a professional methodological background where they can consult individually on teaching methods and contents, as well as the benefit of having TLC pay for their further training to support their knowledge of current teaching trends and methodology.
We have dedicated teams of tutors who are trained to run language workshops and a Language Trainer service.
We have lecturers in our team all over the Czech Republic. They have TLC vans at their disposal, which ensures that we cover teaching even in hard-to-reach locations.
