The Academy concept is always unique and it is based on your experience and initial analysis. In addition to the concept, we also draw up a project schedule and costs. At the beginning of the Academy we look for the development needs and preferences of the participants, we complete training goals and tips for model situations. To understand the whole principle of work with various types of people, effective motivation and task assigning we implement the workshop Explore yourself. To strengthen the development effect, the Academy also includes individual mentoring or coaching.
