The form and content of the call centre operator’s communications or e-mail correspondence is an important element in a positive relationship between your customers and your customers.. We will not overwhelm you with theory, we train practical skills. With the participants we simulate their own everyday work situations, learn to deal with a demanding customer, negotiate and control their own stress.
